Issues addressed by Raymond Luca

The proposals below have developed in the past weeks following public debate and my dialogue with the Romanian electorate in the Diaspora. This list is not exhaustive. On the contrary, it is an invitation to continue the debate and complete the list accordingly.

Ammending the electoral law no. 35/2008 so as to eliminate all obstacles, be they administratrive or otherwise, which may prevent Romanian citizens from exercising their fundamental right to vote or to be voted into office.
Two
The organization of a separate department, within the Ministry of External Affairs, which will be in charge of issues affecting the Romanians living abroad.

Continuing the reparations process for the injustices committed by the communist regime.
